Ratified Signings

The Reds completed the deal to recruit the Egypt international Mohamed Salah – who is set to wear the No.11 shirt – from AS Roma on Thursday evening.

Liverpool have agreed a professional contract with the highly talented Finland defender Patrik Raitanen. Raitanen will join with the Liverpool U18s squad and will continue his footballing development under the tutelage of former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.

Liverpool have completed the signing of Norwegian teenager Edvard Sandvik Tagseth. The 16-year-old will join the Reds’ Academy, having put pen to paper on a contract this week

Mamadou Sakho has chosen to continue his recovery at Crystal Palace despite his loan spell ending.

Liverpool FC have agreed personal terms with Dominic Solanke to sign the England youth international this summer. The 19-year-old striker will complete the transfer to the Reds on July 1, 2017, upon the expiry of his contract with his current club, Chelsea.

    The way things are looking at the moment we are going to be shipping in the bargains basements again whilst other teams are shopping in Harrods.
    But hey ho it’s early days and I live in hope miracles can happen

    Very underwhelming start to this most important of transfer windows. Just hope we can bring in quality players who can actually strengthen the team and not just the squad

    While others a buying established international players who are in the 30+m brackets i.e. Players who will actually make a difference to the team and the bench it looks like we are striking to our policy of buying either players who have potential but are as of yet in- proven
    ( solanke ) and then we look for the experienced player mmmm who might that be oh yes Clichy who happens to be on a free cone on FSG and Klopp let’s see some ambition

    Solanke is leaving Chelsea for lack of first team opportunities. I guessing Sturridge will stay on. Injury to Firmino would leave Origi, Woodburn, Solanke and Ings if his body holds up. Young talent hardly established though.
